Dietary Requirements

When you book a course with us, you will be required to complete a form, outlining your dietary requirements.

​We will try accommodate your needs as best as we can but the courses are general in nature and open to all audiences, and not specifically designed to suit those with food preferences, allergies, dietary conditions or religious dietary requirements e.g. kosher

The uFoodie kitchen (including utensils) is NOT kosher. For certain courses (where expressly specified), kosher/halal meat can be purchased for you and main dietary laws followed (not mixing milk and meat), but this will still be in a non-kosher kitchen, so it is up to you to decide your levels of comfort.

Similarly, we cannot guarantee the course is free from nuts and other allergens, or gluten. You are not obliged to eat any of the food, and can choose to omit or replace certain items in your recipes, but allergens may well still be present in the kitchen, and we cannot guarantee against cross contamination.

We will provide full allergy information for each recipe so you can double check.
