uFoodie KIDZ Series
uFoodie wants to develop children’s skills and passion for food and cooking. Kids are far more able in the kitchen then we think and they would love the chance to cook a proper meal for the whole family to share!
The uFoodie Junior (ages 9-12/13) and Teen classes (ages 12/13 – 16) teach children how to cook real meals for the whole family. Classes include knife safety, chopping skills, heat safety and personal hygiene when cooking. Two main dishes will be taught, and children will share the meal after cooking.

What they will learn
Depending on the day, the types of food will include all kinds of family favourites such as (but not limited to):

- Smokey chicken fajitas, guacamole & salsa
- Teriyaki salmon with noodle stirfry
- Panko schnitzel
- Classic spaghetti Bolognese
- Shwarma with Israeli salad & houmous
- Best ever tuna lasagne
- Homemade creamy pesto & parmesan cod bake
- Lemon and herb fishcakes with tartare sauce
- Omelette with various fillings - crispy sausage, onions, mushrooms, peppers etc
- Classic tomato & basil soup with garlic bread
- Chilli Con Carne and yellow rice
- Pasta sauces - tomato, pesto, creamy salmon
- Cottage/Shepherd’s pie
- Chicken pie
- Classic Fish Pie
- Pan-fried lemon & herb chicken breast, mash and peas
- Roast chicken
- Thai green curry & rice (vegetable or chicken) – MILD!
- Butternut soup with croutons
