She put everyone at ease, always calm and ready to answer all our hundreds of questions! Robinne made it look so easy and it is! Great to watch a professional at work and have all the little tips that make cooking just that bit easier. I can't fault anything. You have put a lot of thought and preparation into these course and your passion and love cooking was shown throughout the morning. Would love to do some more!!!"

"In terms of ability and presentation Robinne catered perfectly to my needs. She presented in a way that was easy to follow with great tips along the way and using ingredients that I love, also some new ones. I loved that Robinne made the demonstration look so easy - I really felt that 'I could do that'. It was really useful that Robinne gave good tips on shortcuts and tools to have in the kitchen. The recipes were perfect for me as these were exactly the type of dishes that I was hoping to learn about and these are just the kind of thing my family loves. I honestly loved every single one! The event was perfectly organised. There was no aspect that hadn't been thought of, from explanations about ingredients, the presentation of the food, tips on utensils and shortcuts, info packs to take away, oh and time to try all of the salads.  I most enjoyed learning new ways to use ingredients that I do normally cook with, in a totally manageable way and seeing how fabulous they can look when presented properly. Robinne was on hand for everyone if there were any questions. Trying all the salads was V enjoyable! I honestly enjoyed every part and would thoroughly recommend. I've been raving about it since."
