An Education Fund for Sarah Christians

Sarah Christians is the beautiful young girl pictured here. She is 12 years old. I grew up with her mum Felicity (who is with her in this picture) and her uncle Peter - they were my nanny’s grandchildren. Tragically, last year both Peter and Felicity passed away. Young Sarah is now being raised by my nanny, also Sarah, who is 87.

My sisters and I are saving for her further education. She will need vocational training as she will have to support herself from a very young age. This is not easy anywhere, particularly in South Africa.

10% percent of all income from my uFoodie cooking courses will go into this educational fund for her. I hope to set an example for her, and for my own children, that if they DO something, they can earn a living.
